Not a chance, man.
If the pats can make it to the superbowl Seattle would wreck them.
Seattles defense this year put up the 5th best season in over 60 years, since before the AFL merger.
Their defense is BUILT to stop offenses like the pats/saints.
While I (as a jets fan) dislike tom brady, I know quite well not to write him off in any game of course. I just dont see the pats being able to move the ball on this seattle defense. If the seachickens can manage to get in brady's head by knocking him around...gg. Also keep in mind the supporting cast brady has around him these days. If the pats can pull off a win against seattle I would be thorougly impressed. They still have denver or san diego to worry about before the superbowl anyway.
To beat the pats youve got to beat brady, I assume belichek even Realizes this.
You can tell by the way their offense was dialed up against the colts. They ran the ball twice as much as they passed because the game can quickly change if you rattle brady.
Don't believe me? I don't care, but if you want proof look back at any patriots loss over the last 5 seasons.
Also, I would rather see denver go and smack the shit out of seattle I think. Peyton deserves it man this was a legendary season for him, especially considering what hes gone through just to be able to keep playing(fused spinal discs are bad news.)

I don't see Seattle's young defense beating up Brady too much. Seahawks are very fast and fly around the ball yes, but brady is a true footballer, if he sees something he will audible out of it.. The Pats defense will take away their number one and two offensive threats. Watch the snap counts (circa. Peyton Manning) come into play also.
Our defense is missing key linemen and linebackers due to injury, but I don't see Lynch destroying us with Beast Mode.
I truely believe if the Patriots can establish a decent running game, they can mix in some play action passes down the middle, and some quick hb screens. If the Seahawks get to Brady, it's going to be the like the last two Superbowl losses to the NYG'S. UGLY.
The Pats need to establish a fast paced no huddle offense with alot of downhill runs and play action passes. The Seahawks will blanket Edelman, I see them plugging the middle of the field up with alot of Dime and Nickel looks on 3rd and short and jamming the line with their big men to stop the run.
Problem with the Seahawks though, is their run defense isn't as great as everyone thinks. This is a passing league, and over time players adjust to the style of gameplay. They placed 1st in Interception percentage, net yards per passing play, Total QBR, and total yards passing per game. Seahawks biggest weakness is run defense. I don't see them shutting down runs up the middle. They will call alot of draws, counters, and run it straight up their candy asses. This opens play action passes.
I am worried about the Seahawks passing attack, because you have to spy Wilson. He's too damn good not to.
Offensively, the Seahawks have been great, but I do not see Lynch running all over a BB defense.

deal, but pending my approval of the quote (ie, 'brady just shit all over the seahawks' is probably going to be rejected, but 'brady dominates wilson in superbowl victory' is fine, just giving examples)

Seattle struggles on the road and in a cold weather super bowl obviously New England has the advantage. Pats > Hawks.
The Pats wont get past the Broncos.

Broncos are definitely going to beat the Pats. It's a really good match-up, but the Broncos performance this season has just been cray.
Like Rogean said to me earlier this morning, this game might as well be the Superbowl. It's the best possible match-up between now and Superbowl Sunday.

Quoted for truth.
The Pats have gone as far as they are going. Brady doesn't need another ring.
Seattle vs Denver in the 'bowl, with Seattle's defense frustrating the hell outta Manning. Go HAWKS!

I'm a huge Pats fan. That being said, with the injuries they acquired this year, and despite the success they had throughout the year with the arsenal, or lack there of, I just find that the injuries and the overall player loss is going to be too much for them.
Again they are my favorite sports team, but I don't think they will win against Denver. Brady vs. Manning, Tom is 2-1 against Peyton in the playoffs, but each of those wins came at the quarterback's home field. The Patriots under Bill have only 2 road playoff losses in the last 15 years. One in Indy against Manning, and the other in Denver.
Hate to say it but it doesn't look good.
I hope I am wrong.

Can't wait to see how much Tom Brady cries after this one...
On a lighter note, Peyton Manning, although is a dipshit, is from within an hour of where I live. His entire family still lives there.
Its nice to know that he has a chance at another ring on what could be his last year before retirement... but no telling if he is going to pull a Brett Favre.
Regardless, Patriots are going down, and I'm not even a Broncos fan ever since the Elway glory days.

Ya they done. Maybe the patriots will aquire cornerbacks and wrs in free agency or its gonna be bad... they need to find another qb soon. Tom can cry his way to the hall a fame, dont think he gives a shit about what we say.
