Just got one on my 50 monk, and it seems to be extremely poor for being a 38-40 weapon and i'm not sure why it would hit for 17 dmg on blues in every dungeon....
it seems broken or something could anyone tell me if this weapon gets any better 51+?
And i saw somewhere that monks get increased damage table at 51 on live, is this still true for p1999? hopefully someone can help me and also explain to my why peacebringer = more dps than IFS

- Thanks in advance

It's a good weapon, just with a high damage high delay weapon you can have some inconsistent streaks...do insane damage one fight and then some fights do not as much, or at least that's how it seemed when I used one on my monk.

Basically because of damage bonuses. Their ratio is almost the same, but Peacebringer's damage bonus (which is very slightly less than the damage bonus on IFS) is applied more frequently because your damage bonus is applied on every (main hand) swing.

And to answer your other question, your damage bonus gets a considerable increase at 51.
