Can't Change Email on Forums?

Says it's disabled right now? Just tired of getting notifications through one of my main emails since now I apparently auto-subscribe to threads.

Turn them off.

User CP.
Edit options.
Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" click the pull down and select "Do not subscribe".
Save changes.

Sometime recently mine got turned on as well.
