A griefer is a player in a multiplayer video game who deliberately irritates and harasses other players within the game, using aspects of the game in unintended ways.[1] -wiki
This, is in effect what the PnP is enforcing, unintended ways to harras legitimate gameplay.
Can anyone dig up/link the article about how greifplay is integral to a pvp community and how it creates cohesion, harmony, and loyalty?
I remember an old MUD/RZ/UO vet wrote up like a 10 paragraph on the merits of griefers, pk's and antipks.
DOES NO ONE remember this stuff? Has this generation lost and forgotten it?
Anyone wonder why there is no such old school RZ dynamic here?
