Nizzar doesn't always login an alt to pvp. When he does, he makes sure to use a proxy and/or cell card to conceal his IP.

Leadership sets the tone from the top for a guild. Clearly Nizzar/Tune are perpetuating an ethics problem within Nihilum which requires regulatory action.
