90% of threads just display this:

Seems to be page-based. Sometimes I can read page 2 of a read and then page 3 shows that error. Which threads/pages give the error have been changing slightly all day.

I talked to someone who said that they get that error on their phone but their PC is fine so I guess it's some sort of location/connection problem.

Sorry if this has been reported, but I can't read any threads to check.

Logout, log back in. If you've tried that, clearing your browsers cookies and cache will fix this issue.

Ironically I couldn't view this thread after I posted it until now. Logging out and back in seems to have fixed it though, thanks.

I actually thought about that after posting, because I know I've had this problem before and you can't view new threads you make :D

Glad you figured it out, though !

I just fixed this myself, in Firefox. Open your history, Show All History, right click http://www.project1999.com, and Forget About This Site at the bottom.

Oh simply logging out works too?

I can't even logout on firefox, like someone else said. When I go to sign out i get the 502 error. I tried MrSparkle001's forget about this site for p99. didnt work, I then proceeded to straight up delete ALL history and such. Still doesn't work. Only reason I can make this post is due to chrome. Anyone have any suggestions? I would have thought clearing cookies would log me out from the forums like everything else, but it didnt. If signing out from p99 does indeed fix it, then I need to find a way to do that.

Edit - Fixed it, Just manually deleted all the cookies instead of trusting firefox's word when it asks if you would like to delete all your cookies.

I had the same issue. I tried clearing out all my history etc, but nothing worked. Finally in frustration I closed out my internet session (firefox) and re-opened it. That did the trick!
