Resist messages on shout filter

Because my spell resist messages ended up in a weird window I did some experimenting a while back and found that they obeyed the shout filter. Perhaps this is client side and nothing can be done, but just maybe they are being flagged as shout server side?

Whatever happens, I'm keeping my resist messages in that window because it's easier to notice (less shouting/oocing than fighting and group chat usually).
