I'm still just trying to figure out why the Staff proposal hasnt been approved. GM's stated that Tier 1 guilds = 1 vote, Staff = 1 vote and Tier2 = 1 vote. Tier 2 agrees with staff plan so that should make it 2 for and 1 against.

There's talks going on behind the scenes. Like everything else everyone overspeculates - its like going to the Walking Dead forums and pondering on what should happen, did happen, why it happened and what will happen next.

It doesn't change anything. Everyone just wants to see an agreement and see what's been agreed upon :p
