Just an idea here, but how about we make this area or just the tunnel a NON-PVP zone so we have a place to meet and trade goods.

Not only could this become a shopping mall for lowbies and all levels, I truly believe this would help increase population, make Trade skills viable in a low pop server and over all a social gathering place.

Thoughts?

Because we all know as is it would be nothing but a Zerg Fest...

But with a Neutral trading area the possibilities are endless.

Could be fun to snipe plat loaded alts in neighbouring zones when they try to take it to bank...

On a more serious note i dont like no-pvp zones, as long as globalooc is in i think trading isnt a big deal. If we get more people online, maybe with verious, they may have to get rid of global ooc and then a traders safe haven may be a better idea, particularly if it has a banker in it.

What is the protocol with regards to people killing a baited customer?

For instance - I ooc WTS X item for Y pp and then kill the person who is coming to buy my item. Would it be name and shame or is this covered in some obscure rule?

Just rolled on red and don't want to get ganked when I finally scrounge enough plat to make a purchase.

Not asking for more rules, thought a Non-Pvp zone where literally PVP is turned off a safe place to gather and trade/sell goods.

I think this would help Server pop and overall make trading a much less daunting task.

Would also help boost tradeskills.

Not a rule where we trust the players not to attack, we all know that will never happen.

How do you deal with gank squads waiting for people to zone into EC? GMs have proven more rules just means more petition questing.

Well that is a concern, that I don't have an answer for... Oh well :(

Unless they add a Banker in the tunnel, but I guess that wouldn't be Classic.

Anything, really just looking for a gathering place to sell and trade.

The big thing for me is to start tradeskills the mass gathering of "traders" would help that tremendously.

Of course the problem exist in Ganking.

But I guess another question is Are level 1's pvp enabled?

Or to widely accept Gems as currency > plat?

Havnt played in 2+months, but almost everyone uses nfp. Make a lvl 1 alt and transfer plat/items to him.
