Nobody had to petition Tune, the GM announced in OOC he was there and watching to make sure LNS people on CR were not killed.
Your own leadership has openly declared they will not follow the rules. They then proceed to break the rules in front of a GM. Now you wonder why they get banned?

Nihilum toxicity saddled the server with these rules. The sooner your guild is purged (or TMO'd) the sooner the GMs can loosen the choke chain.

I like PvP. I like the dynamic it creates at the higher levels. I like how much more competitive it gets, and how gear actually matters in fights.

I also like people who respect and play by the rules. If you are willing to break the rules, it shows that you don't respect the community and the devs who put the rules in place.

It's as simple as that. Justice was served to Tune. I'd prefer to get caught and reprimanded if I pulled something like that, rather than able to get away with it.
