How about minimum requirement is 80.
Think about it. If the big 5 can't batphone at least 80 they can't attack it. No 2 guild alliances count. Either 80 of same tag or some number to be later determined amount of unguilded/small guild mix.
This serves 2 purposes.
IF the sock lords are able to amass 80 for Trakanon they won't be able to log off alt B and get on alt A for talendor. They will have to mobalize meaning talendor get sniped by baby sock lord guild number 2. And they won't be able to do 2 or 3 at the same time on repops.
The second purpose is to allow for pickup raids to exist. EC will be spammed with instructions and recruitment for able bodied newbies to move themselves to talendor or ventilation satire (auto corrected version of Venril Sathir) and they can zerg it up and have a good ol time.
Keep it crassic. Bring pub raids to p99.
