Hey guys! Does anyone know about how long it typically takes for an IP exemption request to go through? And will i get an email or something about it? Hubby and I are starting to bicker over playing time lol. Thanks!

Up to a month I'd say, but usually quicker.... they're done in batches, so there's a bit of luck involved :p

It can take anywhere from 1 hour to several weeks. There is no standard set time for the IP exemptions to be done but I know this from listening to Sirkens Twitch channel:
IP exemptions are done in batches because that's the most effective way to do them.
IP exemptions are tedious and boring work to do, very repetitive therein they are somewhat avoided until a substantial batch is ready.
Bump your petition for IP exemption every few days but refrain from bumping it more because all you're doing is keeping it near the top of the pile.
It took me a week to have my old IP exemption placed.

I must have been very lucky. Mine was active within 4 hours. :D

I am currently processing IP Exemptions. I don't wait for batches, because it becomes overwhelming. I try to do a few each day.
Don't bump. If they are in active petitions, (as in not moved to resolved) I will do them in the order of last post. If you bump it, it goes to the end of the list.
If your IP Exemption has not been granted within a week, make sure I don't have a pending question for you.
If GM name is added to the title of your post, I won't be granting the exemption. It usually means there is an account history I think should be reviewed by a GM.
For every IP Exemption petition I want:
All account names of those in the household, the real first name of the person owning the account and the relationships of all those listed.
Exemptions are a privilege, and there is a thorough investigation prior to granting.
