I will continue to advocate the 10/20 split with tier 1 hands-off days. If the tier 2 guilds want to have a rotation within their pool of mobs, so be it, but the numbers are there which would yield more mobs-per-guild than Divinity's plan, they'd get their rotation but not force an artificial rotation on guilds that don't want it and if they decide they want to participate in classic EQ raiding/racing (to the extent possible) there are almost always FFA mobs in window. Tier 1 stays out of Tier 2, but Tier 2 is never force to be hands off of Tier 1 FFA.
