Nillipuss social agro

Perhaps this one is not a bug, but I wanted to put it out there to ask. Nillipuss in RV doesn't appear to be on a faction, neither does Reebo Leafsway. Reebo wants you to kill Nillipuss and return him jum jum. However, if Reebo sees you fighting Nillipuss, he will attack you.

This doesn't sound correct, anyone know if that's how it should be? I searched around allakhazam and such and didn't see any mention of it. The guards will also attack you for fighting Nillipuss, but that one I was not sure of.

Edit- I am terrible, one of the weapons this character has (was given the weapons, I don't play this char outside of misty thicket) a PBAE. I'm sure it proc'd beside other characters that agro, I just don't have the logs to show it. Please ignore this post

Yeah that's completely wrong. Nillipuss is a troublemaker in Rivervale and no one should assist him in combat.

Any PC can kill him non-stop to try to get the weight reduction bag.

Nothing is set to assist Nillipuss. I (and many others) have killed him many times around Rivervale without incident. Also, Reebo is on Stormreaper faction.

Anyone else having the same problem as OP?

Hmm let me check my weapons to make sure I didn't accidentally have an AE proc weapon equipped. Didnt think to check that (this is an alt I only played at Nillipuss recently)
