I would like to play on Project 1999, but I never purchased an EQ Titanium pack,
Of my old EQ discs I have the original and the Kunark and Velious discs...everything after that was downloadable. Is there a downloadable source for the Titanium pack, or should I delete the current downloaded EQ and install the Velious disc.
Thanks for any help, as I have no clue as to where I might pick up the Titanium edition.

Can we just skip the bs and make a sticky to the "cryptic" pirate bay post? Titanium isnt even supported by soe anymore and its insane that people even consider buying discs from ebay for 200 or so dollars.

I'm looking at some download possibilities through Pirate Bay, EQ Emulator, and Steam, but my Avast security software detects malware or possible viruses and warns me not to download them....additionally, there appears to be additional issues with the host/client compatability , event to the extent of creating a desktop shortcut. I'm not that computer savy, so unless I have a step-by-step guide I'm sure I'll screw it up.
Thanks for the response...Happy New Year

" EQ Emulator, and Steam, " no idea what files are on eqemu i assume nothing considering the legal reasons, Steam prolly isn't the right client either

It seems like virus scans like to assume that anything downloaded via "you know what" is a virus. 99.9% of the time it's complete bullshit.

The best virus scan is safe internet practices, and uninstalling that shit. You should be smarter than a computer program.

What's the big deal about just hosting it on rapidshare or something? It's just an old version of freeware now.

p99 can't link to it and it can't be posted here.

even if the client is out of date it's still distributing copyrighted data (images, music, etc.).

Seems he is wanting a guide on how to pirate bay install. Not step by step instructions that do not even mention Pirate bay lol.
For someone not computer savvy as he stated. Your first sentence is retarded (in his mind). Nice try at helping rofl.
No help from me either as I do not know how to operate Pirate Bay , sorry.
Just had to reply to this .
This site helped me better than the p99 one.
EQ EMULATOR SETUP (http://www.eqemulator.org/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=PlayGuide)

As of Feb 12th 2013, the RoF F2P client from Steam has been patched to a new version that is not yet supported by EQEmu

You need Titanium for p99 anyways, none of the f2p Steam clients are even applicable.

I PM'd you the instructions sent to me. They are very specific, even telling you what not to click on certain websites. YOU CAN DO IT!
