Another question that wouldn't happen on teams. Having to double check if pvp is ok or if it would cause drama seems silly.

Temporarily but then when the drama fuckery is afoot it's going to blow when you can't kill someone on your team. The beginning will be great though.

Rallos Zek was pretty unpopular once teams launched and constantly bled players. I don't see why it's any surprise an emulated version of the server with an even worse launch and a worse ruleset would not be very popular.

Teams in general are better for a variety of reasons, mostly that EQ is a team game and EQ is the most adversarial of all MMOs.

False. RZ was plenty popular, from the look of old server pop records often had higher numbers and that was with the brutal item loot system.
