Ok so here it goes.

Boxing, not allowed on this server, for a more classic feel.

As time goes on, more and more players are learning the secrets of how to box.

It is clear as day that this is happening and it is growing.

Now, lets take a step back and think about the folk who are not boxing, and what a disadvantage they have. [insert pause here]

Is it fair for white knights like myself, to play a single toon, while others are clearly using 2+ to aid them in the journey of Everquest.

If it is impossible to catch people boxing, then something must be done about this, because again, it is growing out of control.

Any chance to allow boxing for this server? If not, please answer why, given the facts just stated.

True, also i would love to be able to box just for ports and buffage. Its almost impossible to pvp boxing.

U should check the red99 petition queu and count how many boxing related petitions are in there and or deleted from there (if you have historical view).

Petitions every time it's done blatantly in front of us with no action taken.

correct me if im wrong, what this does it produces multiple IP addresses for that person, making it almost impossible for a GM to catch.

2 Boxing won't go away and it won't be made legal. Some will get banned, some will get suspended because they ask the correct gm on a good day and others will never get cauht.

Unfortunately this subject will always be a gray area on who gets banned and who can get away with it.

TBH it's hard to find pals on this box.

Especially if you have a part time schedule it just isn't likely to happen. So your likely going to need to progress very slowly or play a solo class. Which IS i grant u classic EQ.

But it hurts the population, and those people trying to catch up without any gear/jboots/levicloaks/etc are not going to want to engage in pvp much.

The only exceptions are people who've been on the server since day 1 and are die hard pvpers, and uber pras to them.

Boxing takes away from their dedication and basement dwelling skills.

But it's not going to wreck the game.
