hahaha langrisserx these morans will never understand, thats why I just go within the system and find joy in the moment, in what I am doing, directly

it's why there isn't some kind of grizzly carnival of murder, because that's just as boring and effortless for me

it's a unique challenge of our times, there are no lions to face in the open field and see eye to eye

there is just ourselves

One good day, the birds in the land of the Mayab prepared a sumptuous banquet in honor of their king, Tunkuluchú, the peacock. All the birds were invited to the fiesta, and they named a special committee to escort Tunkuluchú, the owl.

The owl detested these banquets; however, the members of the committee, fearing the rage of the king, convinced the owl that, as the wise advisor of the court, he was obligated to preside over the banquet.

The king had reserved a place at his side for the wise owl, and as soon as the owl arrived, the festivities began: the waiters served the food served in fresh green leaves, and in front of each anxious guest, they placed flower petals, which simulated vases full of dew. A short time later, all the guests, with the exception of the owl, were celebrating and enjoying themselves.

The owl, unable to stand the shouting and behavior of all the rest, tried to slip away, and was seen by the king, who ordered him to return. The owl obeyed the royal command, but – perched on a high branch – he turned his back on all the noisy and happy guests.

The peacock, thinking that the snub was directed at him, resolved to use his authority to force the owl to take part in the festivity, and immediately ordered him to dance with the others and to unite his voice to the raucous chorus of the others.

The owl felt humiliated with the cruel taunts that the other birds made after the celebration. Neither the natural need to find food, nor the pleas of his friends, caused him to leave his den.

Motivated by the wish to expose his king to ridicule, as the king had done to him, the wise owl consulted the sacred book of the Mayas, where he learned how the peacock had once tricked the ingenuous Puhuy, the woodland turkey, when he stole his magnificent plumage for himself.

So, the owl invited all the birds of the forest of the Mayab to a grand assembly, and, upon addressing the guests, he realized that he could not read one word. Then, with a great shout of despair, the parchment fell to the floor.

The days he spent in the interior of his dwelling caused his eyes to become accustomed to the dark. Now the bright light of the morning blinded him. From that moment on, he was rarely seen during the daytime. His longing for vengeance against the king was punished by the gods.

"In September, the FBI shut down the Silk Road online drug marketplace, and it started seizing bitcoins belonging to the Dread Pirate Roberts — the operator of the illicit online marketplace, who they say is an American man named Ross Ulbricht. The seizure sparked an ongoing public discussion about the future of Bitcoin, the world's most popular digital currency, but it had an unforeseen side-effect: It made the FBI the holder of the world's biggest Bitcoin wallet. The FBI now controls more than 144,000 bitcoins that reside at a bitcoin address that consolidates much of the seized Silk Road bitcoins. Those 144,000 bitcoins are worth close to $100 million at Tuesday's exchange rates. Another address, containing Silk Road funds seized earlier by the FBI, contains nearly 30,000 bitcoins ($20 million)."

"Pennsylvania police this week were pulling people to the side of the road, quizzing them on their driving habits, and asking if they'd like to provide a cheek swap or a blood sample — the latest in a federally contracted operation that's touted as making roads safer. The same operation took place last month at a community in Texas. Then, drivers were randomly told to pull off the road into a parking lot, where white-coated researchers asked if they'd like to provide DNA samples for a project that determines what percentage of drivers are operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol at given times. With uniformed police in the background, the researchers also offered the motorists money — up to $50 or so — for the blood or saliva samples."

"According to a news release from Purdue University, 'Researchers are developing computers capable of "approximate computing" to perform calculations good enough for certain tasks that don't require perfect accuracy, potentially doubling efficiency and reducing energy consumption. "The need for approximate computing is driven by two factors: a fundamental shift in the nature of computing workloads, and the need for new sources of efficiency," said Anand Raghunathan, a Purdue Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, who has been working in the field for about five years. "Computers were first designed to be precise calculators that solved problems where they were expected to produce an exact numerical value. However, the demand for computing today is driven by very different applications. Mobile and embedded devices need to process richer media, and are getting smarter – understanding us, being more context-aware and having more natural user interfaces. ... The nature of these computations is different from the traditional computations where you need a precise answer."' What's interesting here is that this is how our brains work."

Why muck and conceal one's true longings and loves, when by speaking of them one might find someone to understand them, and by acting on them one might discover oneself
