Iksar Illusion - Does it grant regen yet?

I've read that Iksar Illusion should grant racial regen just like Troll Illusion does but I also read that there was a graphics bug of some sort and it didn't work about a year ago. Does anyone know if the bug was fixed and Iksar Illusion does in fact grant racial regen?

Iksar Illusion does not currently grant a regen bonus, and as far as I am aware, it should not through Velious. Could you please post your references? Troll Illusion gives a +1HP per tick bonus, though it does make you ugly as a froglok's bottom.

iksar is not meant to have the regen, sadly
