Am pretty satisified with my UI atm, Hoping Chewie will reply back to say its not classic by far. Forced classic UI would be interesting, For a while maybe. Before people started complaining.

edit - Also isnt that like a 600x800 reso or smaller? Most people don't run that reso anymore, Would be more hassle then worth. By now I think almost everyone has a 20inch monitor at the very smallest, Would be so so tiny. That takes up like a quarter of my screen.

There's too many plugins and addons and things that weren't as easily available all over that UI.

Getting a new UI to give yourself advantages is far from classic.

not only would it look completely awful, it is absolutely unnecessary.

forcing people to play with an extremely antiquated UI does nothing to improve the quality of this server. Many of us played that UI, and some like myself very much enjoyed it at the time. However, to think that making the game look terrible (in some shit resolution that was only used due to hardware limitations at the time) will increase anyones enjoyment of the server (minus a very select few) is a laughable idea at best. I understand wanting to recreate classic, but nobody wants these changes and thankfully due to our current client, I doubt we will ever have to worry about this anyway.

You could retexture a modem Ui and add clicking sound effects. There was an alternate full screen version with these textures on the buttons wasnt there.
