Zones Not Loading?

I'm having a problem with some zones not loading when I zone into them. My character will just be floating with the whole zone being grey (Does not happen for every zone). I have copied everything from the P99Files folder into my EQ folder so I don't know what else it could be? Anyone have any ideas?

Step 3 - File Deletions
The following files must be renamed or removed from the Everquest Titanium directory. The best thing to do would be to create a "Backups" folder and move them to this folder.
arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

Are these the zones you are having issues with and did you complete this step?
