a player with a name Harvis ranger half scam me for 330pp

I wanted to buy 2x wis ring, 2x earring wis, 2x str earring, 2x wrist hp/mana 15

I gave the money and he wont give me back theses items...

So i lost 330pp....

Its possible to have a refund...

I had a lot of witness

That Hervis guy should just be banned for being an annoying douchebag. Rules or not, he never shuts the fuck up in OOC and obviously makes it a goal to try and screw people. I have one person on my ignore list, and it's him. I could care less about racist/homophobic/bad language any of that, but it's the stupid spam constantly that pisses me off. And it's not mildly entertaining/amusing spam like Miguel either, it's just fucking irritating.
