For some reason it started working again.

Go to desktop then load up again sometimes fix it, if not, load on opposite P99 server then back to server select, then into the server you wanted to join.

Example: You want on blue99 but cant, go to Red99 Character select screen, escape, go to Blue99.

Tried both several times, still not working :(
