Cannot create new character

I have 4 characters on this account.

When I try to create a 5th, the process seems to work until the character is sent ( for the first time ) to its home city/guild.

The screen is black, except for the picture of the iksar holding a high elf shackled to a stone. some chat windows... none of which can be accessed. All I can do is /camp.

Are you trying to create a halfling ranger or gnome SK? Those choices aren't available on P99 yet.
