I'm thinking about doing another Enchanter like I rolled on red or perhaps roll a druid or paladin.

I haven't decided on a race yet, waiting to see what teams end up being so I can see who my peers are. Don't wanna hang with the wrong crowd and get into those marijuana cigarettes.

oh don't you worry about something like that. someone like hughman will be having sex with lower guk while you're having sex with your girlfriend, and eating iron rations while you're out to lunch at work.

Thats what happened to me on I think it was VZTZ 3.0? I rolled Ogre SK and Shaman ( yes it was an Item Loot server at that point) and Tanked the First Naggy and Vox kills on my SK... Got server first RBB... so easy to get decked when you are the only tank on a raid...

As for me... If I can Box.. Ogre SK / Ogre Shaman...

Probably Ogre SK still... Or possibly do a Necro or Mage to 50 and just deck out my Main Sk then level up fast....

Not at all... they key to not getting rolled by naked casters is staying in dungeons...

On both RZ and VZTZ I dealt with naked casters by shooting them with an arrow when they were hanging out invis by mobs.... or if they are on me when im on a mob I run to em and FD... always worked out fine... Or if in a group we just kill him and camp his ass if he drops no loot...

Best was Killing someone in TOFS and letting their corpse rot unless they were nice or paid up...


In summary for the most part naked casters are more of an annoyance than anything... Few simple rules to stay safe....

Dont port anywhere decked out....

Dont chase druids or wizards in an open zone...

Stay in Dungeons... Thats where the loot and exp is anyways...

If a naked caster comes into a dungeon camp their corpse and make them lose exp..

Dont wander around SRO with gear on....

Keep Pumice in your inventory at all times...

Bows can Interupt Casting....

Slam/ Bash is your friend

Farm Root Nets and Dark wands if you have time...

Pumice..

Farm Gate pots and have it ready if geared out...

Buy swirling smoke if you have good gear...

Buy 10 sec gate pots from your local shaman

If 3 known PKers zone in... and you are alone.. camp....

Use /w all the time...

Darkness or root druids/ wizards when they are quading...

Carry Crim pots or use a small dot on yourself... like disease cloud when dealing with teams with an enchanter...

If you are Melee 2 handers are for the win... The heavy hits on Low AC players works very very well...

Mith 2 Hander is the best wep available for a Fatty tank.... Your Bash is also 30% faster....

Blind lands very well on naked players...

On top of all of the above... on a team server you have a ton of other players to back you up...

Its just the way it is... Item loot will change your play style or you will pay with items..

Bag and stay out of the high traffic areas when solo.... Put your gear on when with a good crew and you have buffs...

So true... and with Raid drops rangers get pretty nasty quick.. Flux axe... Mistwalker, Windstryker, Steel hilted flint dagger, then later they are pretty nasty with Tantors...

If item loot, naked caster. Probably wizard. Maybe necro for killing those "dungeon crawlers" - depends how resists turn out.
