Emerald Jungle: Spirit Sentinel (shm epic)

I experienced an issue with the spirit sentinel turn in in EJ.

I did the Black Dire fight and get the pelt to give it to him. I got the black fur boots and I followed the dialog til the end. I got a container. I collected all the pages in CoM and combined them all to get a report. When I came back to the EJ spirit sentinel, I gave him the book and I got a stange message without faction. Message was : This is a sad day. You have failed and strayed from the path set before you. Please try to live as close to the spirits as you are able, though this is the closest you will ever get.

The spirit sentinel should give me some faction and another message according the wiki. I did the report turnin twice and the same "sad" message appeared.

Pretty sure that means your faction for the turn in was not high enough. And I'm also pretty sure the faction for the Shaman epic is a bit off on p1999. Can't prove it tho.

Did you do the epic up to the boots part or just did the pelt hand in for boots? if you skipped the beginning your faction wasnt high enough.

I followed all the job from the beginning til Black dire. I asked a couple of shamen and they tolb me the prob might be the faction. They suggested to do the beginning of the quest plenty of times to raise faction.

By the way, I asked a GM and he told me I didn't fail the faction check. My shaman toon is called Brimok.

I will do a couple of time the 1st part of the quest to raise faction and I hope it will work. But the Gm asked me to post here so the devs can have a look and tell me if someting is broken or if I did something wrong.

Just did the sham pages and worked. Was at kindly working on max.
