GM-only "A Wand" dropped from A Magician in Najena

Farming for my focus items in Najena, and this item (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=60186) dropped from one of the "A Magician."

I don't believe this is supposed to be dropping, unless Mixxit is leaving me clues. ;)
