Iksar shaman faction

Hello, I recently saw a few Iksar monks inside blackburrow looting up fangs and such and it got me thinking, could an iksar shaman be able to pull this off?

Would I have enough faction by the time I'm around lvl 11 or so to turn in the fangs? or would that require something like wolf form or monk sneak to turn them in?

Would it work for an enchanter charming the turn-in NPC?

I'm almost positive you could do that as long as you have an illusion on you. Human or Half Elf should work if wolf form works for turn-in. As for enchanter , maybe Alliance is enough to do turn-in's after your faction grind from 1-10.
