Droga Factioning

Im a 52 necro and i was wondering what's the most efficient way to kill in droga? Are there any specific camps i should aim towards for faction? Crawling thru it doesnt seem very efficient.

Get 10 other people and you can all get faction at the same time. Unlike experience, faction hits aren't split among your group!

You gotta get on the agro list in order to get the faction tho (either hit all the mobs with a pbaoe or drop a heal on someone).
