I just registered, and ALL of the links in the registration confirmation email were missing the initial "http://www.project1999.org". The main body of the email showed as:

/forums/register.php?a=act&u=35182&i=d42a172dcd8f3ab958465e7742f579ef09a9b97b

<a href="/forums/register.php?a=act&u=35182&i=d42a172dcd8f3ab958465e7742f579ef09a9b97b">America Online Users Please Visit Here to be Activated</a>

**** Does The Above URL Not Work? ****
If the above URL does not work, please use your Web browser to go to:
/forums/register.php?a=ver

--------
Might want to look at the outgoing message.

I'm bumping this since it took me a ridiculously long time to figure it out.

It's actually .com now. Adding http://www.project1999.com/ before the registration confirmation link, will complete the registration.

My friend has this problem too, for people new to the site, and also people who aren't good at the internet, the half-of-a-url thing is super confusing. He would have given up if I didn't figure it out for him.
