On first boot the game is running fine. I turn the graphics all the way up and no problems. I notice that the game is running on the integrated Intel Chipset and not on my Nvidia 765m. I exit the game and attempt to whitelist eqgame.exe. Upon reboot I'm getting glitchy graphics and still showing that I'm running on the Intel card. I'm not sure if the glitchy graphics are due to an option I selected in the graphics menu that needed a reboot to take effect or because of my tinkering with Optimus whitelisting. I also tried to whitelist the options exe file. If I do this and run it, it does detect the 765m and I can set the new options but I'm having the same issues upon loading the game. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you right clicked on the icon and selected run application with graphic driver.. from the list?

Yes, I can do this for the LaunchTitanium file but I can't whitelist it permanently because it is not an exe. It also made no difference =/.

Bump. It seems like the graphics get glitchy as soon as I try to run the game on the 765m (even though the in game options still show the Intel card). My graphics are fun on the Intel but unfortunately the game gets choppy under heavy action. I suppose I could just run on the intel card and turn them down a bit but I didn't shell out $1100 for a new laptop that can't run a 14 year old game on max lol. Anyone have any ideas?

Here's a couple screenshots of what I'm experiencing:

Is the game running fine on the Intel card? Is there a specific need for using the Nvidia (if you already stated this, my apologies)?
Have heard lots of reports of mobo's with dual intel/nvidia cards, particularly the higher end mobile cards, straight up hating EQ titanium. If you can live with it, I'd just use the intel card.
**edit**
Just looked more closely at your pics. Definitely a fuckup in the way the card is rendering textures (obviously). Likely not something your going to fix without having to do some serious work. I could be wrong, but that'd be my opinion.
I have a 660m with the integrated graphics on my laptop. I also get the graphic issue you describe. I am only able to play if I have my integrated graphics completely disabled from the BIOS.

Thanks guys. I will just have to run on the Intel I guess. It looks good maxed out but it gets choppy under heavy action, I guess I could turn down some options but that's a shame on a brand new higher end laptop hah.

Well apparently it runs fine with shadows off and everything else max, go figure lol. Good enough.
