Macro and Friends List File

Where would you find the file on your computer that stores the friends list and macro data for each character? I am swapping back to Win7 from Win8 today and my characters have so many macros and hot buttons created... I would prefer not to recreate them all. Any idea? The character UI file only seems to have the position of the windows...

Oh sob found it instantly... it's the other character file that doesn't have UI in the name.
