Lich series zoning bug

I've noticed an issue on my Iksar necromancer with the lich series. When cast, they have the normal effect -- until you camp or zone. When zoning or camping, they appear to benefit mana regen as normal, but affect HPs twice as much. Allure of Death and Dark Pact both do this. I'm not sure about later spells in the series.

Bump; affects my iksar necro as well. It's fine once I cast it, but when I zone I don't have any regen any more, standing or sitting, until I cast a fresh "lich" series spell on myself.
