Pretty odd that it uses an effect formula with a max level of 60 pre-Kunark. Would need a late Kunark-era spdat to narrow down when it was changed.

I think its been said that basing off velious is superior than kunark since most kunark is beta ish

Are resists in general not broken here? aka you need more MR than should be needed to resist spells?
If that is the case I would say hold off on this change until resists in general are corrected.

If I am mistaken and resist rates in general are where they should be then ignore my post.

Should GRM be 36 minutes now? I am casting it in game and it only shows 27 minutes. P1999 wiki also states 36 minutes.

GRM should be 36 minutes in duration by at least June 26, 2000, but not before May 25, 2000.
