Theft of thought should be castable on anybody

Theft of thought was changed way back in 2002, which is way out of era for us.

This spell should be castable on any classes, even if they dont have mana

Theft of Thought will no longer give mana when cast on PC classes that do not have mana (in PvP or in a duel).

This did not affect anything for PvE, it was PvP only.

This post is confusing. Which era are you talking about? In classic my t-staff lasted nearly 18 seconds nearly every time.
