Once again PVP server never disappoints...

Since me and my wife are waiting for the IP exception while she was playing on Red I logged on to blue.

I was greeted with Jerks and just what seemed like young children. almost a "WOW" crowd. while I am sure there are tons of good players on blue from what I can tell with my short stints with blue the community just doesn't add up to reds community!

really wanted to say thank you to

Meril <-- Guild Leadership at its finest! and one of the best "pay it forward" type people.
Brysn <-- helped the wife out!
Pips <-- /shout PIPS!
Aeran <-- cant remember spelling but an awesome druid! (you know who you are)
Moons <-- Great guy! also helped the wifey out when she lost her corpse. (which is still lost HAHAHAH) <-- update moons, Corpse still lost !! lol
Samwise <-- too many times I see him OOC giving gear to new players.
Tabitha <-- Always there it seems when a new player needs anything.
Piggy <-- new player to red as well who knows, just an all around good guy.
Bixity <-- not sure about spelling here, is a Halfling druid. SUPER NICE always willing to help and give when he can.
Miraclegrow <-- almost always the first to answer all the noobish questions.
Thraak <-- goes out of his way just to bring me a mask!

so many more in fact too many to list!

Once again thank you guys for all your help in getting back into EQ! So glad I came across project 1999! after all these years no MMO stacks up to classic EQ

I will continue to update this post as I come across new people every day.

I have had my fair share of grief already, but of course is to be expected in a pvp server. To me it just adds to the danger of "real life situations"

really can't wait for teams pvp though!

all in all the people are awesome! (of course except for those few bad eggs)

but to be honest the so called "bad guys" of this server have also helped me out with advice and where to go to level things like that. They want this server to flourish as well. so I really can't talk bad about anyone. YET.

My wife and I have had very little grief on this server thus far, and have actually ran into some helpful high level players. With that being said, we may have had a smooth ride thus far, due to rarely running into people our own level. I'm 34 and she's 31. I'm guessing it'll get crazy when we finally get to around 50.

I think we used to group a bit but my work life put us on different times now, hope all is going well and thank again for the invite to the guild~!

Admittedly as a new player I have only had a positive experience thus far as well. Now I am only level 9 and fully expect to catch some hell at one point or another, but so far I have enjoyed a friendly if ill functioning group on orc hill and some players who were happy to help me get started. Some rather kind druids supplied me with both an FBR and spell money that was incredibly valuable since I had some terrible cracked staff luck =(

OOC seems a tad angry but it seems to be the same 10 angry people all the time. I was even on the other day the same time as Alecta who was happily answering questions about changes etc... It doesn't seem to be the complete and utter cesspool the forums lead me to believe. I'll give it some time though as I haven't encountered too many people in my level range just yet. I assume the last 10 levels will contain quite a bit more griefing than the first 10...

Do you happen to be a gnome necromancer? And ya +1 on those fabled cracked staves...

level 12 man hit up the sisters camp in LFAY heck even at level 24 now I still go there when I have to buy spells. (which to be honest are ridiculously over priced haha)

I would say that the whole Blue vs Red thing is really just Nintendo is better than sega genesis age old argument.

Once u hit 10 just periodically call someone a nerd or make up random stories about how they ran from u in ooc it's worth it, stirs the pot real good
