Since he is a Hybrid and a Dark Elf he can wear every piece of loot from Phara Dar.

Kind of subjective if you're just going by toon. Best gear by class would be more objective since different classes have different BIS gear, some easier to acquire than others.

Pretty much all of the TMO core members are wearing full PD gear at this point. At this point though the real question is who has the largest alt army with the highest total pixel value.

Probably this is one of Tizzle, Jeremy, and Sericx but Nordenwatch, Zagum, Aalpha, Bob, Sloan, and Sentenza also have a ton of pixels. Plus there are other people I could be missing.

Server is so flooded with items, Mr. Gabuk, that pretty much anyone with enough devotion can wear as many pieces of sky/dragon haste/epic as they want. If it gives SLIGHTLY more str/dex, (or otherwise desired stats) its not as hard to attain as live and used as an upgrade here.

I remember mage, monk, cleric, enchanter, paladin, shadowknight, shaman, wizard, ranger, and a L1 rogue with a high-elf mask. Most of those toons are 60/epic too, even the hard ones like the mage and sk. I don't think he had any VP toys or a prenerf staff though.

Only character without epic is wizard. He now have both ranger epics. Most of them are full planar/full sky and paladin has guise too.
