Exact windowed resolution 1080p?

I am trying to get an exact 1920x1080 window for EQ. On default the window fits in this resolution, but the resolution in game will get decreased a bit vertically because of the window frame, which causes ugly lines in the picture that for example make reading chat hard sometimes.

I checked the eqclient.ini and there is a WindowedHeight line that says 1080. Now the question is how much do I have to add to that to make EQ have true 1080p?
Before trying to find it out in a lot of trial and error and probably still wont be able to get it exact, did anyone try this before and know the exact value?

But I want to get rid of the frame. So far I was successful in that. Its not visible at the sides and at the top, but at the bottom there is a gap because the window is too small vertically.
