Seen a lot of these people in skelly illusion yes, but not many of them use it regularly, which causes me to believe they just borrowed for a click.

Jizzar/nizzar was spotted pvping without skelly illusion mass pvp fear plane only a week ago, i think if nizzar had one he would use it

I went and looked at the nihilum DKP page, all nihilum members that I mentioned have been awarded one except for Vaporize, maybe his was borrowed.

Again to re-iterate, Nizzar, Dekadenz, Hectorchrist, Insurance and Mendan definately have them. So -2 members from my list, but I am certain that there are some others that have them that are not on this list.
