Part 2 of my advice is as follows:

PLEASE GOD nerf the trak tooth to pve mobs only. It is ruining PVP immersion for us PVPers by the day.

I have been Trak-toothed by multiple Nihilum in the past 2 days than ever before. It is retarded, and is ruining pvp for me as well as MANY others.

Takes no skill to instant click 1005 dmg off of someone's health. It is cheap an unfair and it ruins immersions.

You're blind and deaf then. I've been the main one trying to change things; you're complaining to the wrong person. If you slander the development team, I will certainly ban you though. Highly recommend you cease that stupid shit.

I've addressed all of the mentioned bugs as far as I know. I am also trying very hard to get new pvp developers. Clickies, I made it a point to address in the meeting, so you didn't listen or you're wasting my time. Regarding the 'blatant hacking', take it up with your GMs.

I'm the only 'egotistical staff'(lol?) that responded to this thread. If I see more of the same threads in server chat, I'll "hall monitor" ban the fuck out the posters. That seems to be what people want, so they can subsequently complain about it.

Nilbog and Sirken both brought it up in the meeting and the consensus was "Its classic" is a bad thing for clickies. Though I cant speek for the forums. He speaks the truth. R99 is currently prioritized below Velious though. I'm sure. No debate needs to be made over that.

Though with a new developer, we are getting a bump in priority.

I find that arguing for stratagems that were in classic but not utilized during classic is very invalid, and blatant lawyering to abuse tactics that have a detrimental effect on the server, and catastrophic effect on it's population.

Co-sign. And keep in mind, without staff intervention it is fairly unlikely that Nihilum will dominate again, given the amount of resentment they have generated. Thus, a nerf now will likely impact some other guild than nihilum that will lock down Trak on a new server.

gate pot at the sight of pvp, that will save you. problem solved.

I'm for the removal of anything instant cast that has a huge impact on pvp.

I've seen my enemies gate pot away, shiny brass idol plug, trak tooth and conflag golem/ice/blazing wand their way to victory. This defeats any risk or skill factor in pvp, and that's not what pvp on EQ is about.
