Keep in mind that it was impossible to cock block content in WoW due to instancing. That shit ain't gonna work in Everquest. For those who say it's going to happen regardless I say, I know. However, why pick the ruleset that most thoroughly reinforces it?

2 team wow was always unbalanced and it was pretty hard to complete quests on most servers that were horde or alliance heavy.
