Wu's is Velious I think, or at least Kunark. :(

Wu's Gauntlets were definitely classic, but unless I'm mistaken, the rest of the set was added in Velious. At this link (http://web.archive.org/web/20010108022000/eq.castersrealm.com/spells/enchanter/spelldescriptions.asp?SpellID=171), retrieved from a 1999 archive, you see mention of the gauntlets, however in this link (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1551) search for "RE: Wu's fighting Gi" and you will notice a post timestamped in 2001 noting that the rest of the set was added in the last patch.

Yes, Indio. I have brewing high enough to make heady kiolas trivial, but that's about it. I also have blacksmithing high enough to make studded and reinforced armours.

As far as Wu's armour goes, the gauntlets are certainly classic -- the other pieces I think came about in Velious sometime.
