eli5 new server

Can someone explain the details to me of the new server coming out.

I don't want to watch a 5 hour stream video or read all of the paragraphs people keep posting or any gay shit, just like 10-15 sentences that sum everything decided so far up. Lists are preferred, and I am a very busy man. Thank you for your help.

Red'll be fixed prior to server launch.
+possible, but not confirmed new dev for red to look at the big issues that come up a lot here in regards to resists, clickies, spells, etc.

naw man they will keep the red server, it'll be reserved for Nihilum only

They said eventually there will only be 2 servers, and that red 99 will merge into teams, or maybe the teams will merge into red99. I think they even mentioned merging red99 into blue. It's all really unclear.

If there's any merge... you might as well get the XP bonus on red now. Don't see why server pop dropped like it has.

not blue, that was clarified after the discussion
