Each of the 6 different colored routes on my awesome, stolen, cropped, painted HS map are the approximate path of a mob in HS south/east that walks through walls. Each mob only paths through walls going one direction (I take that back, green one at least goes through wall heading each direction).
Green: Paths through the hallway heading southwest no problem, but after pausing where the cave opens into the large room to the south, it walks back northeast INTO the wall there and emerges back into the northwest edge of the cave from the wall.
Blue: Just saw this one for the first time tonight, but suspected it after I aggrod this mob a week or so ago in a spot that shouldn't have drawn aggro from beyond the fake wall at the northwest edge of the cave. The mob, while pathing north from the southwest point of the triangle route, it goes through walls and just cuts through the edge of the cave on the west side of the fake wall.
Purple and red: Two mobs over here follow almost the same route, both going all the way north down the hallway that leads farther into east before pausing near the end of the hallway, then they angle directly towards a pause point in the east-west hallway north of the portal room... which runs them through a wall.
The pathing mobs that circle the main "loop" in east, i.e. the path through the door by the first named you encounter when heading into east via the unlocked door near entry area, also has some wallhacking mobs doing it... but I haven't watched closely enough for specifics.
Sorry the routes aren't precise, but they're good enough!
Also, pets LOVE to bug off through walls in HS (and at least seb, maybe more?) if they kill off an enemy while you've had them /pet guard here since before the fight. They don't path back to the spot you had them guarding at, they instead wander off in a seemingly random direction through a wall, often aggroing other mobs and falling through to lower levels and such.
