The guy selling it for 70 bought it for 50 in a matter of minutes just to resell it. If it was worth 70, he wouldn't still be trying to sell it 3 days later.

I sold one for 60K + Crown of Tranq that sold for 14k, so 74k profit on that one. Then a sold another for 70k + 2 bags of random stuff like Mith legs / Chest etc. that ended up getting another 15k so 85k for that one =)

Which was as transparent of a sales pitch for yourself as could be, contradicted by your numerous purchases within a short span of time for far less.

You might find folks a lot less willing to shell out 70 when the ease with which they're purchased for less is out in the open :)

They stopped dropping at one point, so only a limited number exist. Time has also passed, so more and more people have money to spend, so, higher demand, lower supply, better economy = higher price.

They price actually dropped after a patch when the stone got nerfed(not usable in planes and kunark). The day after that patch i saw em for 12k...

Hey, they sell for what they sell for. Im not buying it, just selling it. If someone doesnt like the price, they can always simply not buy it, or buy another one.

It's largely in part due to a couple of folks buying and reselling them over and over. You can still get them very easily for a lot less, which was my main point in tricking smarty pants up there into admitting. But when the 24 hours end and the high bidder is one of their friends making a fake inflation bid, well.
