View Full Version : Need help getting the old skeleton model please

Did a search and found up kind of empty. Someone referred to this globalload.txt file? Not sure what to do with it.

I don't want to update anything else in game just the skeletons and if i have to download a whole set of files that's fine as long as I can just pick the skeleton model file and drag it in my eq folder.

My current skellys are the ones who dont move and just slide everywhere and don't fall to chips when they die.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

hey diplo, I just updated the FAQ with the Luclin models guide, at #13. My apologies if i'm wrong, but I *think* rainbow dash explains how to get hte old skelly models to load in that guide.

if that's not it let me know and i'll do some more digging.

I now have the old wolf model, but the skeletons still look like this who float on the ground...

To get the new skeletons to animate, you need to plug in the Human Male model from that Luclin guide.

Find this line:

2,0,TFFF,GEquip3,Loading Character Equipment Files

On the next line, put:

1,1,TFFT,globalHUM_chr2,Loading Human
1,1,TFFT,globalHUM_chr,Loading Human

Side effect of this will be that all human males will appear in their Luclin models. But that's what has to be if you want the new skeletons to animate.

He doesn't want the new skeletons, he wants the old one. And his globalload.txt file is correct for loading the old skeletons. I know because i checked it before he posted it here :D

We've been banging our heads against the wall on this one for weeks now, can't figure out why he has those shitty new skellies instead of the old ones.

Ah... that's what I thought he he meant by "update" them.

Based on Danyelle's thread, he's missing this line just before the growthplane line at the bottom:

2,0,TFFF,GEquip5,Loading Character Equipment Files

I'm having the exact same issue. Everything else works perfectly..except the skellies.
any further ideas?
