So when I am in certain zones and I move my camera angle the game goes purples, then I move more to the right and it comes back then further right goes back to purple etc etc. I have done the update (well my neighbor did I am not tech savy) any idea how to fix this? This is in unrest zone also this started when I made my first character a DE when I zoned into forest.

Any help is appreciated, just getting bad headaches from graphics spamming in and out whenever I move

Sounds like the classic "west"(?) bug. Check which way you're facing when this happens, Unrest was always one of the zones that did this to me.

I don't know of a cure other than logging out and rebooting if its this that's happening :/

Happens to me in KC every now and again. Relogging fixes it for me.

Well reboots are not helping, But it is not every zone that does this thank goodness, hopefully 2 or so more levels and I can leave unrest for MM

AMD processor?

Well just in case anyone comes across the problem again I'm pretty sure this is a problem with AMD X2 dual core processors with some games and can be fixed with the following official release:

edit: This driver is for Windows XP only.

this has happened to me before. you have to close that window and start another one. That's the only solution ive found to this, just give it a CTRL ALT DEL

I feel like maybe messing with your sky texture settings might help? You can get to this by going to options -> display -> sky. mess around with that and see if it helps. May also want to try to screw with environment particles? Just a guess.

Under the advanced options you can also try screwing with turning the various shaders on/off. I can see where one of those may cause an issue like this.

These are all just guesses, I've never had this problem, but they are definitely worth trying.
