Greetings! Old time player found server.

Hey guys! I just found out about this server recently and I am juiced to play on it with maybe a few of my friends who used to play also. I played on Rallos Zek and Zek for over 7+ years since the launch as an avid pk SK named Hateraid. I am old Dynasty of Shadows, HiV, Wudan, Lucid Vision if those guilds sound familiar to anyone. Very glad to be here and excited to get going and leveled up. Anyone willing to maybe help me out with some rotting spare equipment from their bags or bank? This splintered club just aint doing it. I have leveled from nothing plenty of times in the past, but back then I didn't have the time limitations I do now, so I wont be able to fully stomach that grind with splintered club once reality sets in. I have a maxed out pvp level 60 on RIFT, so if anyone ever wanted to try that out, I can more than help them get started aswell. Thanks for your time guys, and see you in game.

my name is Hateraid also in game. Again, I don't want to come off as a beggar, even though that what I am doing, lol. I can put time into the server, would just make things a little more amazing if I could actually kill things at a decent rate and afford some spells. I have enough will to grind to 60 from there for sure.

Got to almost level 5 in my first session. Still having troubles with white mobs though. lol. Forgot how much of a grind this game was. Thx Abyssal for the Thorns! :)

Despite all the seemingly salty people I have run into, I liked what I saw. but a decent community is a big deal to me though if I am going to spend hours on a game. I'll see how things go for a bit. I have several friends I can bring on to this server as well as advertise to many others from my guild in RIFT, but if there are just people like Lollipop and p-niner that cant help but bleed unhappiness I'm not even going to waste my time.

Oh the good old days! I def remember that name. I was labeled a PK most for a lot of the time on Rallos but had a decent rep for not causing too much drama so I sneaked into Wudan for a bit. =) Then went back to pking. lol

Nice! I remember you very well. In fact, I was just watching this lame ass slide show on Youtube of old school Rallos and later Zek, made by this monk, I saw your name in there a few times.

I was in Reign of Pain and Darkenbane while on RZ. I had a magician named Thraak and a rogue named Maulova.

I hope to see you playing and maybe bring your friends over. The community is meh, some decent people and some not so much. Take what you see here from the forums with a grain of salt though, a much more accurate viewpoint is seen while playing.

OMFG!!! I just did a search on that video you were talking about, and my heart just dropped when I saw who it was made by. Zennael an amazing EQ friend I had for years and never talked to again when I stopped playing. =( I am watching it now since it is long, but HOLY SHIT! The memories!! I seriously almost have a tear in my eye right now. wow! I just cant believe this game had such an impact on me its crazy!

Yup. He was a monk who was anti pk forever until AD made him to crazy and start pking. YouTube rallos zek and he has a buncha screen shots from rallos. Pretty cool memories of those days.

i've met a lot of really good people on here, and I think in some ways the pvp community is actually better than blue..

there is a very vocal minority who can be rude and/or obnoxious, but just ignore that and dont let it bother you! enjoy!

Don't have any items/pp for you, but feel free to ask gotgnomes for a port if you need one. gnigs, iksars, lowbies, and people on cr's ride free.

I remember having a lot of respect for Stenk and always having great fights with him on RZ, but at some point I stopped playing and when I came back you were by far the best SK on the server. You were probably the only player I would actually avoid fighting, that's why I remember you so well.

Yeah, was def good times! I had a pretty good run on Rallos. =). There was a point where I was making actual real life money from ganking gear off people. I was selling items and platinum on Ebay, EQAccounts, and people in game for cash in the mail. I was PKing around 50-150k worth of shit a day, easily. Then my account got banned for some bullshit reason about me training people all the time. I tried to get my account back for about 5 years and then gave up. =(

I would gank multiple high priced items everyday ranging from 20-40k a piece. From Fungi tunics, Crown of king Tranix, prenerf Cos, to disarmed weapons. Not to be bragging, but Hateraid was the ultimate ganker. deleveled to 60, crazy AAs, and that wicked super HT that was still overpowered when they nerfed it down to 70% of dmg.

Maxed Kael faction to drop in on entire raids and pick people off 1 at a time. They would pull a boss, Id pumice, drop down off the wall, axe the sitting victim, 2 spears and an HT = dead. Cast my Harmshield while the rest of the raid would beat on me as I make my selection on what to loot. I did this all day long to various raids.

Ganked Enchanters selling C3 in the bazaar by getting wizards to port us both out while in the group to kill the encumbered chanter with 50kpp on them.

Cast Levitate on afk players merchants in the Bazaar and would push them into the Arena and gank them.

List goes on. lol. good times!

Hey Abysal! Thanks much for that! You were the first person I saw online. I thought you were a GM at first, hah. Those thorns helped a ton, cause we all know how rough starting with nothing is. lol. Getting a couple of my friends to join, and will be advertising on my RIFT server. Will definitely look for you in game.
