currently it's healing people 21 damage a tick. Is this intended? what type of weapon would proc a dot called pox that heals a player?

Infects your target with a Sebilite pox, causing 110 damage initially and progressively more damage every 6 seconds for up to 1.3 mins @L1 to 2.1 mins @L4.^0
The regen is a lifetap from the damage applied
Correct but here it just heals the target that has the dot.

Are crimson potion bugged too? It gives you hps but then it puts a dot on you!
Some things worked like that pal.
Obviously they changed the effect on it later, but not during our time line.

It appears that sebilite pox is still bugged.
