Issue: Feverblade - Bane of the Shissar is currently 11 damage, 18 delay. This is a 2002 upgrade, and the original delay is 20.

This thread (http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=59526) came to the conclusion that the spell was broken as to the dot component and not fixed in Velious. The damage delay was reported there, but not resolved.

Seems a bit of a stretch to make a change based upon one post on allakhazam. Is there any other proof showing this to be one of the changes of the risk v reward patch, and did that patch not come out until 2002? The thread you link claims it was in 2000 which would make this the correct current ratio.

i don't see a single piece of evidence that supports that this item was buffed in that patch

September 19 2000 patch states that VP items were buffed. The onus on the bug report is on the person claiming it should be changed. Do we know that feverblade wasn't a part of that patch which upgraded VP items? A then much later upgrade took place which made it 15/18. It would aeem to me therefore this was upgraded with the first VP item upgrade patch which is in our current timeline. Requires more research.

The comment in the other thread didn't have any proof that it was upgraded in 2000, just that a "risk v. reward" was part of a 2000 patch message.

They obviously upgraded all the VP items sometimes in velious -- probably in march with the Fear/hate updates.

The september patch was when they moved the black dragon eye blade and some other items to VP as the risk vs reward patch.
